YouTubeチャンネルとアップロード動画について（Videos of our YouTube channel）

2021年2月にYouTubeに動画をアップし始めてから、約1年が経過しようとしています。
チャンネル登録していただいた皆様、加えてチャンネルメンバーシップにご加入いただいた皆様に深く感謝申し上げます。

ここ最近はサイト立て直しのため時間と労力を削られ、ほとんどアップできていませんが、
サイト運営が落ち着いてきたら、少しずつサンプル動画をアップしていきたいと思っております。

以前からご覧いただいている方はご存じかと思いますが、チャンネルには販売動画のサンプルと写真集のメイキング動画をアップしていました。
しかし、プレゼント企画の告知記事にも書いたように、今後は写真集のメイキング動画はアップしないことにしました。

と言うのも、Fictitious Prisonチャンネルは一度ガイドライン違反で削除されたという経緯があります。
再開までの道のりは厳しいものがありましたが、チャンネルを継続するためには、可能な限りリスクを抑える必要があります。
攻めた動画を上げたところで、前のように一発BANを食らって誰も何も観れなくなってしまうのがオチです。

そうした視点から長尺のメイキング動画を考えると、YouTubeに上げるべきではないという判断に至りました。
本当はYouTube上で公開したいのですが、あまりにリスクが高すぎます。
今回試験的に動画購入プレゼントとして無料配布しますが、プレゼントがいいのか販売がいいのかについては今後考えます。

なお、YouTubeが動画の判断基準を決して公開しないのは有名な話です。
現実的にも、全てのクリエイターからの問い合わせに対応するのは不可能であり、その点について理解はできます。

なので、YouTubeはこういうシーン嫌いなんだなぁとFBから推測していくしかなく、その推測も日々修正していかなければならないのですが、
チャンネル再開後もガイドライン上不適切という指摘があった動画が複数あり、それが複数積み重なってしまうとまた予期せぬ事態が起こる可能性もあるので、そうしたシーンは短尺のサンプル動画でもアップを控えるべきだと考えています。

It’s been about a year since we started YouTube channel.
We appreciate to everyone who subscribed to our channel, and especially to our Fictitious Prison channel membership members.

We had no time recently to upload videos because of this payment settlement problem,
but we will upload videos little by little after our site situation will be settled down.

As you may know, we have uploaded sample movies of our selling videos and making of videos of our photobooks.
However, we decided not to upload the making of videos of the photobooks on YouTube from now on.

Our channel was once deleted due to a violation of their guidelines.
We come to think that we should keep the risk as low as possible in order to continue the channel.
Nobody will be happy if our channel is banned again.

But we don’t want to stock those videos just in our HDD.
In this time, we picked up one of them for free gift promotion, but still not decided how we use them.

It is a well-known story that YouTube never reveal the criteria for uploaded videos.
We understand that to some extent, it would be impossible to respond all of questions from YouTubers.

So, we have to “guess” what YouTube thinks from their feedbacks.
We are taking much care for guidelines, but some videos got feedbacks that they are not appropriate for YouTube.
Now we suppose that we should not upload scenes below.

・露出の多い服で無理な体制を取らされている場面
・forced an awkward position in exposed clothes

・アダルトチャットや売春など、性的なことを連想させる場面
・sexual related scenes like adult chat or prostitution

・縄がわずかにでも見える場面
・scenes of showing rope slightly

・拘束の程度が激しいと思われる場面
・scenes of hard restraint

・拘束されている部分をアップで撮影している場面
・close-up shot of some restraint part

YouTubeガイドラインは厳しいので、全編をアップするのは到底無理です。
前にも書いたように、サンプルはあくまで映像がどのような感じなのかを知る手掛かりとしてアップしています。
本当に気になった作品については、購入してお楽しみいただければありがたく思います。

It would be impossible to upload whole story on YouTube because of its guideline.
As we wrote before, we would like you to check those samples as a clue to know what images look like.
